The repair icon, it tells you that there are certain system repairs running at the time, when it came up on my device and contacted support, I was told to leave the phone on charge while it's turned on, cause if it's closed the repair will stop and continue once the device is on again. They also had stated the below:
Tests have been done with all grades of corruptness. In 95% of the startups, the repair will take less than a minute. In the worst case, the device requires several hours to scan and repair the files.
PS I was the worst case scenario cause it stayed like that for 2 days, hope it goes smoothly
