Google backup button is disabled!

I want to backup my data manually,but the button is disabled. I'm using the Chinese software version's Xperia 1.

Same here. The backup button for Google option is disabled and the 5 content options below are mostly "pending for backup" except Contacts being "recently backuped".

Just a wild guess, but could this be due to google and facebook being blocked in China?

Definitely not.My vpn is always connected.And other users in China have the same problem too.I guess it might because of the Chinese firmware.Because someone uses Hong Kong's firmware don't have this problem.

Don't think so, I have my proxy on, too,

all other Google/Google Play/IMs etc are working fine,

but this button is just gray and disabled and options remain "pending".
