ORIGINAL FACTORY RESTORE?

Hi,

I have sony vaio VPCEA36FG laptop that came with pre-installed windows 7. Now I have upgraded it to windows 8 and after that I came to know that this model is not compatible for win 8 upgrade. I want my laptop in its initial condition as it was delivered by the company (Original Factory Settings). By mistek I have deleted all partitions (including recovery partition) and I havn't any recovery discs.

Hi Karan,

Unfortunately you will need to contact Sony Support using the tab at the top of this page to order a set of recovery disks. I believe the cost of recovery media is approx. £50.
