      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;A little trick:&lt;BR /&gt;it's possible (unlikely but possible) That the 8 little metal pieces in the socket (the cupper things that contact the cable) have been bent down a little, so they aren't pushed to the cable well enough.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You could take a needle and gently lift the little cupper plates a bit, so that they are nicely pushed against the cable's cupper wires when you connect it.
