wadadliman — Thu, 28 Sep 2006 15:38:13 GMT

Hi Everyone,

A quick (and first) question.

Does anyone know of / use any laptop sleeves (not bag) that fit the FS series notebooks ?

FYI dimensions are (36.4 x 26.5 x 2.5)

Regards

Hi wadadliman,

Welcome to Club Vaio,

Thanks. I didn't think about getting a bigger one. Would I lose any protection by getting a 17" sleeve ?

The plan is that I can then carry it in a normal bag.

Yeah it's kinda got a laptop bag at the moment that it's living in, but I have a another bag with compartments and I'd like to be able to just put everything in one bag. The latter bag came with a laptop sleeve but for a smaller laptop.

I have an FS series laptop, i have just brought this sleeve:

I brought the 17" one, as although my screen is 15.4" the 15.4" sleeve did not fit.

Hope this helps.

Looks good. Did the 15" wide fit or did you go to the 17" ?

Hello, I think it was at least the 17" i got, obv depends on size of screen, think my screen is 15" wide, so slightly bigger to make sure it fits in sleeve, they are nice sleeves (and bags, I have one of them too but a wee bit expensive)
