    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Blue Marble&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Welcome to Club Vaio&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sounds like the internal CMOS battery is on it's way out, this powers the semiconductor chip which regulates the clock.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's no biggie to replace, but requires some dismantling, as well as replacing with the correct unit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any computer repair business should be able to help, not sure about cost, but can't see it being too severe. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.nl/html/@3191CA7235A406D833094BA2DD1CF2FF/images/smilies/011.png" alt=":slight_smile:" title=":slight_smile:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
