VAIO Help and Support Center Update

when I try to install this update file I receive an error message and the setup stops.
Here there are the messages .[/ b]
Can some Vaio tech expert helm me please?
I have a notebook VGN-A517B with Vista Premium

Is the Help & Support Center update for Vista or XP..?

I suppose it is for Vista (my actual OS) because it's an automatic update (you know Vaio update utility working in background and warns when an update is redy to go; more, the date of the update is really too up to date for a Xp upgrade.

That's what I thought, the update is for XP and as you've upgraded to Vista the update will now not install as the original Vaio Help and Support Center is no longer installed on your Vaio..

Unfortunately I'm not sure if Sony plan to release an new Vista version of Vaio Help and Support Center for your VGN-A517B in the future...
