About every couple of days the computer just freezes in the middle of something. The hard drive light stays on permanently and the laptop won't shut down unless I unplug everything and pull out the battery.<BR /><BR />One exception is that one time the laptop did shut down but the power light and the hard drive light stayed permanently on. Again I had to pull out the battery and plug to shut it off. <BR /><BR />I've only had this laptop a week.
