But when you have windows 7 standard, than its not possible to use office 2000 etc., only 2003, 20007 or 2010. If you have windows 2007 prof., as long as I know, there is a way to use also the older office software. But you find some answer of the internetsite of microsoft.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;i am totally new to notebooks having been brought this one as a gift (lucky me!)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;however, the one thing i have noticed,is it doesnt have a DVD/CD drive?!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My son has microsoft office on his laptop and i want to load it on mine, as i believe you can have it on 3 machines.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the question is though, how do i??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if anyone can help i'd appreciate it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Lynne&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
