      <title>usb2 HELP!</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a usb2 card reader that will not install into windows XP, the only message i get is that the device has malfunctioned and windows cannot recognise it, thinking it was broken i bought a new card reader but that is just the same, the device manager says that the drivers are not installed, but i have installed the driver disk that came with the reader. All my windows updates are fully up to date. can anyone help me!!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;its plugged in while the pc boots up yes, but the hub light goes out after a second then the pc reboots as normal, as though it ignores the card reader. when i unplug and plug it in again i get the malfunction message again, and i have reinstalled the supplied software loads of time, all with no success&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

If the supplied software isn't working. it may be an obscure bug in which case it's unlikely you will get a solution here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
