Now they are all gone and i dont know how to get them back, so can someone please help me? It started when i wanted to transfer a new cd over and i recieved the error message - Cannot transfer tracks, transfer not allowed. I have updated to all the latest firmware and ss versions but i still have no joy. it is really annoying me now and i think my player must just be broken. I sometimes get the message - device memory is full, aswell and the software decides i have no memory left on the device, i have to restart ss and it recognises my memory again but i still cant transfer. Vaio music transfer doesnt work either. I just get the message - Unknown error occured.
