    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Wessley,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Looks like your Vaio is trying to load the "Small Network Setup Wizard" - not sure if this is normal or not, so a full virus scan, spyware scan and a check that your firewall is on would seem a sensible precaution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It could be normal (I haven't a clue). See if the wizard runs manually: -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Start&amp;gt;Control Panel&amp;gt;Network Connections&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Under Network Tasks, you should see "Set up a home or small office network".  Click on it and see if the wizard opens.  If it does, I don't have a clue what's going on!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, if you get the same error message check that its dependencies are present and correct: -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;C:\Windows\system32\atl.dll&lt;BR /&gt;C:\Windows\system32\netshell.dll&lt;BR /&gt;C:\Windows\system32\netcfgx.dll&lt;BR /&gt;C:\Windows\system32\netman.dll&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get the error message and all these appear to be OK, come back here and we can try re-registering these .DLLs&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.nl/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone help with this error message. symtoms include internet connection ending for no apparent reason, slow loading pages. and the following message is the only one.. &lt;BR /&gt;'error loading hnetwiz.dll       a dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have done a search and found the filewhich looks like it is in the right place. any suggestions.&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
