Slow computer

Everytime i switch my computer on i have to go to the task manager and end the process VZFW.exe other wise it uses 99% of the CPU which makes the computer run so slow and i struggle to open any program does anyone have another solution to this rather than ending this process everytime i turn my PC on? any ideas would be much appreciated thanks

It is the Vaio Zone File Import Service.

If you don't use this service, turn it off.

Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services

Scroll down to 'Vaio Entertainment File Import Service' and double-click on it. In the drop down box, change the Startup Type from 'Automatic' to 'Manual'.

A good old clear out is always a good move too, Spybot and uninstall applications you don't need.
