VGN-AW11Z mouse problem .

I got this computer i upgrade it to windows 10 my mouse still function but after a time it stoped to work.

Its no wrong with mouse or usb ports i tryed with memorys .

i had help from a program suppliers of reimage . they fixed it but now i have the same problem i tryed different types of program nothing helps. im so tired of this now . is it anyone who knows how to fix it?

Hi Peter,

Have you checked the hardware manager? Do you see any device with an exclamation mark?

Maybe you have to update or change a driver.

Yes i can see this but i cant upgrade the drivers

I couldn't find any driver downloads on the support page, but it might be that this vaio doesn't support Windows 10 in the first place, though I was unable to check the article for it as it doesn't seem to exist somehow?

Yes i looked the same page.
I really dont know what to do.
I had this problem Before i got it solved .
But now its back i wish i know how that person solved it but to have that help i need to pay lot of Money
