Xperia z4 tablet

Have just done factory reset and am now locked out of my tablet entered my google account and password but tablet did not recognise either the account or password. Tried reinstalling software using Xperia companion but it still remains locked now left with unusable tablet.

I use the Japanese original version NTT Docomo, it also has remote control for Tv, DVD, etc. Doesnt have issues at all
