    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Thanks for your response, it definately powers up I can use it with an external display. Have not tried the torch but will do. I have microsoft answer desk support who arent the best asking me to create recovery media which i have done&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Running Windows 10 Pc ran out of battery, as I had lost the charger, pc dormant for 2 months but when I replaced charger charged tablet up nothing from the screen. Does however work with an external display model number SVT1121B4E&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That doesn't sound good.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Members have had a similar problem previously, but it was to do with no power charge in the unit :&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also have you checked the screen with a torch to see if there is any display visible?&lt;/P&gt;
