Super Steady Shot HDR -SR12 - working with green screens

I work with Green screens and for the past 3 years used the same camera, same rooms, location, lighting. Now when I go to key the green screen in final cut pro on my Mac, each scene needs to be colour corrected where as before, I would key the scene and then remove the shadows.. it is making all the subjects darker aswel. Is there a setting that has been changed on the camera, I have done a reset.
