Imaging edge desktop

Tried running imaging edge on my macbook pro running big sur and it won't open any of the apps. Have tried stopping dropbox, nextcloud etc and nothing works. Anyone any ideas ?

Should have said I was running High Sierra on the laptop, not big sur and it doesn't work. From the looks of the compatibility it looks as if it doesn't work on any Apple software in the last 3 years. Why is Sony so bad at providing support, lovely camera's ***** support.

Hiya,

I am running Monterey v 12.2.1 on my iMac and can only see thumbnails in Viewer I cannot see any larger image in Viewer and I cannot see any image in Edit.
