Cant find the headphones connect app in Google play

I just recieved my new Wh-1000xm3 in the mail, and was so excited to try them, only to be disappointed by the fact that I cant find the headphones connect app in Google play. I Googled it and found the app right on top in the search resaults, but when I press install it redirects to a Google play site and says "cannot find element". I tried on my moms iPhone, and the same thing happened. Can anyone help me with this? Is there something I can do?
