XB72 Bass

Hello,

I recieved my GTK-XB72 today and upon initial impressions I am seriously dissapointed. I bought this speaker with the understanding that there would be decent to high levels of bass and so far this has not been the case. The speaker at 0-60% volume has nearly no audible bass and from 60-100% volume has extremely lacking bass. I have tried different wired connections to the speaker as well as bluetooth and have also tried using and not using the extra bass feature. Is there something I am doing wrong or need to activate for the bass to actually work or do I have a faulty system?
