Walkman File Transfer + Artwork

My music and related artwork is stored in Windows Media Player (WMP). As a test I've transferred a few albums OK to the NW-A45 Walkman but only some of the artwork has come across. If I access the Walkman from WMP the artwork can be viewed alright but using the Walkman as a standalone item the artwork is sometimes but not always present.

How can I ensure that in all cases the music and related artwork can is synced and can be viewed in the Walkman?

Thanks yes, the firmware is up-to-date v 1.10.

As a matter of interest I also downloaded the Sony Music Center for PC and imported my music, which also mostly does not show the artwork.
