WH 1000 XM3 buzzing sound

Hi all,

I purchased the WH-1000 XM3 headphones almost two months ago and from the first week I faced the issue I will explain below: Sometimes, at random time, I hear a buzzing noise coming from the right speaker. This noise is independent of the noise-cancelling feature and is really random. According to another thread, this issue seems to relate to the internal sponge or something like that. Please can somebody respond to this problem?

Thank you for your response. I tried all things mention in troubleshooting.
None worked for me. It seems than I can replicated the issue when I am in
motion (walking, train, airplane etc.). Also some of thr frequencies of my
voice seem to trigger this sound to appera. Like a buzz. Maybe my
headphones are problematic and I need to ask for a change...
