WF 1000xm3 update issues

The Sony earphones app won't update my wireless headphones. Instead it counts - xxxxx% (yes minus significantly more than 100%) and then crashes over and over again..

I've tried pairing, de-pairing.. Now just despairing please fix my Sony problem with my Sony app on my Sony phone with my Sony earphones

This was also happening to me when trying to update using mobile data. As soon as I went home and tried it on my home wifi it worked. This was about 5 mins ago as of this reply. Hope this helps.

Thanks DukeSingh much appreciated for the response. I tried it again (I was on WiFi originally anyway). Your fix didn't work initially however, once I disconnected all other Bluetooth devices and turned off anything else using my WiFi, it failed once but the second time was successful!

Sony - this still needs looking at as it should work without all of the safeguards people are having to put together and the percentage calculation was still reading 346000%
