A45 2-way sync?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to sync back from an A45 (or A55) walkman to a PC (Windows)?

Does the A45 track play counts for what I've played on the SD card?

I can see info about syncing from a PC to the A45 but not the other way.

It's possible to sync between Windows PC and the Walkman if you're using Sony Music Center for PC I believe.

I know it's possible to sync from a PC to the A45, even without sony music centre. However, my question was actually about syncing in the other direction i.e. from the A45 to a PC. Can anyone tell me if that is possible?

What I was able to find is the fact that you can import music from the Walkman to your PC using Music Centre: https://musiccenter.sony.net/en/instruction/inst002.php

There doesn't seem to be an option to "Sync" though.
