I use for my z3 compact a magnetic charging cable, Does the z5 compact support the same option?

Magnetic charging ports have been removed from the whole Z5 family, but you have an exposed USB port at the bottom.

Just like Quester said, the magnetic charing dock connector has been removed on the Z5-series. But there are also a charging dock for the Z5-series, check the following link:
