Back home soft keys stops working.

Happens randomly.

It happens in different apps, camera, sms, facebook, browser, etc.

Have to lock and unlock to get it working again.

Touchscreen sometimes is over sensitive.

double register keypresses. zoom etc. almost without touching the screen.

Is it this unit only or is this a common problem that can be fixed?
Is it a touchscreen problem that requires a replacement?

Unhappy Z5 Compact user.
