I have a z3 compact.
The front camera lose it's image and all the screen is black!!!
Can you help me?

Try a diagnostic test - dial *#*#7378423#*#* then open Service tests then look for Secondary camera, If it works then you have a software glitch possibly caused by an app but if it fails then I'm sorry to hear this but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

I take my phone to service center they reset it and told me the problem is not a software issue and they should open phone and test it. I regretted because I think my phone may lose waterproof ability.
One they after I wash my phone with soap and water, the front camera suddenly repaired and until now it is working
