Call volume goes all the way up on its own!

The call volume is increasing on its own to the max. When I go to sounds settings I turn the call volume all the way down. But when I go back there in a few seconds, the call volume is all the way up.

This is very annoying because EVERY TIME I place any call, I have to either lower the volume all the way down or risk my ears getting destroyed by the loudness. Since I make about 20 calls a day, it

Volume Up button stuck?

Protective casing pressing on the volume up button?

Headphones/handsfree unit connected that is overriding/set to max volume?
