Bose SoundSport Compability?

Recently got a Xperia X Compact due to my old z3 Compact's speakers died. Issue is that my cabled Bose Soundsport is not recognized by the phone at all. They worked fine on z3, and perfectly fine in anything else. Still if I connect them in the Xperia X Compact, nothing, absolutely nothing happens.

Is this a common and known issue?

Contact Bose regarding this (compatibility info)

Yes sure ... I am not going to trash a Bose device .. maybe I will trash this Xperia X that suppose to replace the Z line ... perhaps for a Samsung device again that by the way works great with my headsets
