&lt;P&gt;can you try to run some tests&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;go to settings&amp;gt;support&amp;gt;Xperia tests&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;check if the microphone and speakers are running fine,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;also if available if you have the free headset that came with the phone try to test if those are working properly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
