    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thamks for your answer. Finally i got it solved. Only when i made the 3ª hard reset but this time with the "backup data" settings turned off and the "Automatic restore"turned off in the same settings, it worked. I think some aplication update was causing the problem and it is happening in a lot of M2 devices. It is a shame that we can't downgrade the apps frm the store. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
