On accepting all that is required on playtime, when I click on install the app then the timer bar just keeps on going & the app will not install

Settings-apps-all-google play, force stop and clear data. Restart.

I have 2.77gb available on a 5gb internal storage & 31gb available on the sd card. Struggling here
