Change the hardcase

Hei, i have using my M2 for 1 year now, until the problem come suddenly.

So when I want to change my sim card, I have yo open the flip right? But when I opened it, the flip was broke up, but no broke like it can be close it up again, but the outer plastic get peeled of.

I contact service center of my country for asking an opinion about it but still doesn't get respind, even now had been 3 days. I need response that chan I change the hardcase? If yes, how long will take it about? And for the information, I just open that flip now, for the rest, I never open it even it needed.

@Daruma69 did you called them or email them? if you email them they probably have been on their days off since its the weekend, what if you call them?

Yes, that's it, sim/micro sd flip cover. In my M2, the outer plastic had been peeled of.

U know that the glossy one, it tears apart. I don't know what am I have to do about it, and there some black spot, like the color had been ripped off from white to tbe black. I'm sorry that my English isn't really good....

Hemp, it's not about the covers... It's about the body of the phone..
And until now i'm using cover for protect it, but i don't know why some fragile spot like sim/sd card flip cover got peeled off..

And i just open it when I need it.

I want to update this topic that I didn't get any email from Sony until now.

What should I do? Am I just going by to local service center? I was scared that u know, about how long duration for fix the phone.

Before that, I want to check it via email..... It's frustating seeing my smartphone getting worst look like right now

You should call them or use livechat. Also, they will have to look at the device to check the extent of the damage.
