Hello,

I'm trying to register my Xperia M4 Aqua Dual E2363 on Sony’s web site, but there is no such model? I have several conversations with Bulgarian Xperia Care Support Team (Service Request: 1-20252014595), but answer was that my phone will not be sold on the market in BG and this is a reason for not having such opportunity for the registration. Also they suggest me to try registering on Hong Kong’s web site, because regarding my IMEI’s, my phone is made are for their market. Unfortunately there is no Sony site with Xperia M4 Aqua Dual model inside – I check them all. By the way I buy my phone here in Bulgaria, but not from official Sony reseller. Main problem is that when I try to enter IMEI-1 or IMEI-2, every time I receive “Invalid IMEI” error. So seems that Xperia M4 Aqua Dual E2363 is officially NOT supported on Sony’s web site?

As I wrote in my previous post - I already contact my local Xperia Care, but there is no solution unfortunately.

Are you sure you've tried to register on sonymobile.com and not just sony.com? Earlier it was possible to register for a few models on Sony.com but it's on sonymobile.com you want to register.

Yes, I'm trying on sonymobile, but there is no "Xperia M4 Aqua Dual" in menu and therefore not possible to enter both IMEI's (one field only) - you can try to find if this model exist. When I'm trying to enter first IMEI I receive message "Invalid IMEI".

@markjhg: what model of Xperia you choose for accepting of both IMEI's?

I'm experimenting the same issue, have emailed support 2 times by now and no response. I ever loved Sony products, but this "costumer support" in mobile devices is annoying me. The worst thing (besides imei in invalid format message) is to found Xperia M4 Aqua Dual to sell on Brazilian Sony's site, but don't find model number (E2363) on support area. 😕

Hey, uliwooly, this don't work. I dial *#06#, see the two imeis, but no one of them works. Both gives message "invalid imei format" when trying to register.
