Xperia E1 D2005 Stuck on Sony Logo

My Sony Xperia E1 D2005 is stuck on Sony logo when I try to power on. I have tried to leave it for a night, but still in Sony logo.

I have downloaded PC Companion and using the repair option, but on the 3rd Step which is to connect the device by usb while pressing volume down button, it does turn on green light, but nothing happened, it is not continued to the next step.

I have tried to unplug, take out the battery, put it on again, plug while pressing volume down. Green light, but no further process.

I have tried to do the offline flashing, but the same thing, green light, but no further process.

My PC can't detect the device.

Please kindly help regarding this problem, anybody? I am hopeless...

What if you try again with Sony PC Companion but this time, keep the phone off the whole process. You can also try different USB cables.

I was using the original USB cable. Did you mean without pressing the volume down button?

Perhaps the volume keys aren't working and that's why you can't repair the phone.

If it is not working, then the light won't turn green, right?

I have tried to keep the phone completely off and use other original sony USB cable, but it doesn't work too. Just showing red light and Sony text on the screen. Nothing happened after that.

That's correct, you could try different cables or computers if possible

I have the same problem my Sony but when I plug it into my computer the light turns blue but still nothing shows up on the phone or the computer and I have tried all the same stuff what else is there we can do

I got the same errors as well. Do you 9apps have any idea how to solve it?
