Hello,

with my previous mobile phone I could set an alarm, turn off my phone and it could ring even though it was turned off.,but with this phone I cannot....Is there any way to do it???

No, neither android nor iOS mor windows mobile support this feature

This has been asked before,please use the search function.Uli is right,it is not possible.

Instead of turning it off, why don't you press and hold the power button and select airplane mode.

Follow @Phy suggestion. Airplane mode will turn off all radios, hence block any notifications
