Connecting to internet

I have mobile data enables but when I try connecting to the internet it still say's I'm offline and that mobile data is disabled. I tried downloading internet settings but it won't do that either. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about your internet issues, let's see if we can help resolve them.

Are you able to access anything internet related or does the offline message only occur when you are using the browser?

It seems any app that is internet related also says that I'm offline.

This does seem a bit odd. Can you please remove the SIM card from the device and then put it back in after 15 to 30 seconds and then try the internet settings download again.

Let me know if they download correctly.

I tried taking my sim card out like you suggested and it still doesn't want to connect to the internet. Thanks.
