Any help would be appreciated.</P><P>After a certain software update, the "video" app got removed from TV a few months ago and only "media player" remained to view usb files. But ever since, it doesn't always display all contents on USB. Sometimes it says no files and sometimes it's displays half the amount of folders/files. Rarely does it show full files. The USB works 100% on every other device. I have factory restored the TV but to no avail.
