I have a question about the RMF-TX611E remote control for the 55XH9505 TV. The remote control creaks and the back moves after a month of use. It is normal? For a higher series TV, I expected high product quality.

I've not seen/heard any other issues with this model of remote, did the remote fall from a great height or something of the sort?

The remote control did not fall and is used normally. The back is inserted, but a large gap was formed between the rear and front.
