OK, so the Club site looks funky with lots of buzz-words but where's the simple stuff that VAIO users might acutally need.

For example, I want to upgrade my VAIO, install more memory or a new hard drive. Where's the link or info on this?

All the 'essence' and 'fun' stuff is just annoying when you want help.

I feel the same way, its all good to have fun, but there are times when you need to get work done, or do an essential upgrade - where's the info? Well not here ...

If you want to know this sort of info you have to ask int the forum, so what did you want to upgrade?
