Why are Vaio Notebook Repairers so difficult to find? You can monitor your repair on line but how do you get to contact the repairers in the first place? Telephone lines? Forget it unless you have half a day to listen to Vivaldi interspersed with "...our consultants are busy..." All this technology but try to cope with a simple repair matter - no way!
My PCG-VX71P needs a new display but can I find someone? Anywhere in UK would do.
