First thing i did when i got my new Vaio was put XP Pro on. Now i have come to re-install the DVD decoder from the Vaio recovery disk and it wont work. I get the the menu, click the button to install a single piece of software and i just get 'Such and such file could not be found' and the program terminates. Cant find the software manually on the CD as it all seems to be compressed. Is the decoder available to download somewhere online from sony? I dont fancy paying for it. I've tried installing WinDVD which i use on my desktop, but this crashes whenever i use it on the Vaio. Please help, just bought a new movie i cant watch
