Laptop freezes whilst playing game with charger plugged in

Hiya,

When im playing a game, it loads then after a few minutes it just freezes on a black screen. This only happens whilst the charger is plugged in.

Its been fine for ages then all of a sudden just do not want to work.

Some people have said overheating? If it is, what am I meant to do? Can I no longer play games on it?

Hi Danijenkins,

If you check the CPU/GPU temperatures with a free utility such as PC Wizard and let us know the results both at idle and when gaming we can then confirm or otherwise whether this may be the cause.
