A Samsung computer will not have a compatible wireless receiver built in.
If you have the compatible Sony USB Receiver VGP-WRC1 it should work with any PC but these are now difficult to find. It is also quite large as it is designed for Vaio Desktops from the VGC Series.
Probably best to buy a wireless USB keyboard from Logitech or Microsoft that comes with a very small nano USB receiver.
