Help! PCV-V1 picture quality

Does anyone know how to improve the picture graphics quality of the V1? -I just want to watch DVD's on it but the picture really isn't good enough (despite the advertising) - even simple things like using the mouse scroll wheel turns the screen into an indecipherable blur

There must be something wrong with your settings or graphics card. Mine works fine with DVD's and no problems scrolling. The fact that youget blurring when you scroll is a worry id say.
