Graphics Corruption - VGN-A215Z

Hi, sometimes I get desktop corruption when notebook was on standby mode longer time while using battery mode. Any Idea, waht causes the problem? Using the delivered ATI Driver.

It seemes so that the problem only occurs, when shutting down the hard disk. When I swith the settings back to VAIO Optimized, everything is fine..
