FX605 memory and CPU upgrade

1. Just wondering what the max amout of RAM i can use in my FX605??? I have it up to 512MB (using 2x 256MB) right now, but was wondering if it was possible to use 2X 512MB cards and get up to 1GB RAM??? Any ideas?

2. Running on an AMD Athlon XP 1500+ CPU and wondered if it's possible to upgrade that aswel? What's the max CPu i can replace it with? What would you reccomend? (Motherboard is a SONY Q3-Project, version 1A if that helps)

There are only 2 slots available in that laptop, and one is populated with a 256MB DIMM.The maximum it will support is 512MB, so you've only got the option to get another 256MB DIMM.Not sure about the CPU upgrade though
