A217S TV Tuner/Software Problem

I've had this laptop for a week now. The laptop is fantastic in every way, except that the TV Tuner in Vaio Zone which was working the other day now does not work. It kept on saying no TV tuner found. However the dock was definately connected and everything else was working fine. I reinstalled the Zone software from the recovery CD and now there is no TV icon on Vaio Launcher and TV has now been removed from the list in Vaio Zone.

Does anyone know how to get the TV tuner working again?

Sounds like there's a fault with your docking station.
Call VAIO-Link for a pickup, but I have a feeling that it won't be picked up until the new year.
