"No access" message appearing to loads of channels.

I have a Sony KDL-46CX520 TV with a CA module as my channel provider.  At first, none of my channels were appearing, but when I used the auto digital tuning a few of the channels came back. But its says I have like 100 channels, but when I get past the first six, the TV shows me a "No access" message and I can't access 90% of my TV channels. How do I fix this?

Have you tried removing the module and the aerial/satellite cables, tuning without them and then tuning again with them reconnected?
