No access to app

Apps not loading/ opening. Netflix from remote “feature not available”. From App Store don’t seem to have all apps but do have Netflix/bbc and none open. Tv is 5 yr old 60KDL-60W605B.  Network fine, tv & modem have been rebooted

Yes all software up to date. I have just completed factory reset which appears to have resolved the issue.
